You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.Accounts must be registered by a human; automated accounts or "bots" are strictly prohibited.You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested during registration.Each login is limited to one user; sharing login credentials is prohibited. You may create separate accounts according to your subscription plan.You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. FleetFocus is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.You bear responsibility for all activities and content under your account, including those posted by other users accessing your account.You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activities or violate any applicable laws.

B. API TermsFleetFocus may offer API access for account data. API usage, including through third-party integrations, must comply with these Terms plus the following:

FleetFocus shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from API usage.Excessive or abusive API requests may lead to suspension or termination of API access.FleetFocus reserves the right to modify or discontinue API access at any time, with or without notice.

C. Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

All paid plans require valid credit card information. Free trials do not require credit card details until upgrade.Monthly plans are billed in advance and non-refundable; partial months or unused services will not receive refunds.Annual plans are billed annually in advance or can be settled monthly.Early cancellations do not qualify for refunds of prepaid fees; all outstanding payments must be settled promptly.Upgrading or downgrading services will result in prorated billing adjustments.Fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, which remain your responsibility.

D. Cancellation and Termination

Account cancellation must be performed through your account settings; email or phone requests are insufficient.Cancellation before the end of a subscription term does not warrant a refund; outstanding balances remain payable.Upon cancellation, all account content will be deleted immediately and irrecoverably.FleetFocus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

E. Modifications to the Service and Pricing

FleetFocus reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.Pricing changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.FleetFocus shall not be liable for modifications or discontinuations of services or pricing changes.

F. Copyright and Content Ownership

FleetFocus claims no ownership rights over your uploaded content. By posting publicly, you permit viewing by others.FleetFocus reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.You agree to indemnify FleetFocus against any claims related to your content.The visual and functional elements of FleetFocus's services remain the exclusive intellectual property of FleetFocus.

G. General Conditions

Service usage is at your own risk and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.FleetFocus utilizes third-party hosting and infrastructure providers.You must not modify, hack, or falsely associate other websites with FleetFocus.Abusive behavior towards FleetFocus staff or other users will result in immediate account termination.You must not send spam or harmful content via the Service.FleetFocus makes no warranties regarding service availability, security, or suitability for particular purposes.FleetFocus is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from Service use or inability to use.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive FleetFocus's rights to enforce them in the future. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FleetFocus, superseding all prior agreements.
